Beautiful Spirit Art Exhibition

Curator’s Note The exhibition “Beautiful Spirit” celebrates the heartfelt bond between mentor and student — Ko Maung Kyaw Than and Mon Mon Kyaw — whose artistic dialogue reflects harmony, respect, and shared vision. Through delicate watercolors and expressive acrylics, they capture the beauty of Myanmar seen through their own eyes — from tranquil landscapes to simple moments of daily life. Each painting is filled with sincerity, revealing how art connects generations through shared inspiration and creative spirit. As a curator, I see this exhibition as a gentle reminder that beauty lives not only in what we see but also in the connection between teacher and learner, experience and growth, tradition and new expression.
